Storm Storm received a bunch of buffs in the latest patch of Marvel Avengers Alliance and should see more usage in the future as a result. Among the changes, she has a little bit more survivability due to a new passive, "Mistress of the Elements" and has both offensive and defensive abilities that build on each other. Her alternate costume now actually gives an extra ability. Here's the new and improved Storm:
