4. Distressed Property: Use 1 Distress Call - You can only receive Distress Calls by visiting allies. Add allies to help you win more battles. Can be done outside of Spec Ops.

6. Armor Up: Research the Armor Plating in the Lab - Research the Armor Plating to complete this task.

15. Play Defense: Use 3 Armor Platings in Combat - Armor Plating can be purchased in the Store. (You should have two from doing tasks by now, but you'll have to buy the last one.)
16. Swords to Plowshares: Upgrade the Ferric Blade to the Ferric Shield in the Lab - The Ferric Shield can be researched after acquiring the Ferric Blade.
17. Mechanic: Defeat 2 Mini-Bosses in Mission 2 - Defeat either the Exoskeletal Battletank or the A.I.M. Sentinels in Mission 2: Colder War.
